Separation Agreement

1. BACKGROUND

The parties are married to each other.

2. PURPOSE

The parties separated, or intend to separate, on and wish to record the arrangements between them. Each party has given, or agreed to give, full and honest disclosure of their finances, has been advised to take independent legal advice, and enters into this agreement freely.

The parties agree that they will live separately and independently of each other and that neither will interfere with the other's way of life.
